The cozy family room features a smart TV, providing guests with a fully customizable entertainment experience. Enjoy our curated selection of books, puzzles, and board games.

Enjoy dining in the dedicated area, which accommodates six guests and features optional expansion to eight. Additional chairs are conveniently stored in the garage, complemented by further barstool seating at the kitchen island.

The fully equipped kitchen is thoughtfully stocked with a curated spice rack, food storage containers, and essential amenities including aluminum foil, plastic wrap, and sealed storage bags. A diverse selection of professional-grade culinary equipment, ensuring seamless service for up to 10 guests.

Upstairs: Complimentary high-efficiency laundry facilities are available for your use, complete with all necessary supplies (detergent, softener, scent beads, and dryer sheets). A steamer, iron, and lint remover are also provided for garment care.

Garage: To enhance your beach days, we provide two coolers, beach chairs, and an umbrella for your convenience. For fitness, the garage is equipped with an elliptical stair stepper and a rowing machine with available yoga mats.

  • Outdoor Amenities: Guests enjoy 24-hour access to the pool and recreation facilities throughout their stay.
  • Access is controlled via a key fob located on the entryway table.
  • To ensure a comfortable and sand-free experience, we provide a dedicated beach bag along with pool and beach towels.

Important Notice: A non-refundable $100 replacement fee applies to any lost or misplaced key fobs. Please be advised that the pool is closed annually from December through February.

Age Restrictions: In compliance with local Santa Rosa County ordinance, the primary renter must be at least 25 years of age. Policy Compliance: No pets, smoking, or parties are permitted on the premises.
