Home of a retired CPO, we've had our home on abnb for 12 years. Our best guests are often military. Unlike our listing on abnb, we won't be present, and we will fully move out. We trust you.

What we believe you'll enjoy most about our home is the view, and the easy layout. We have a lovely art collection as well.

You'll have a large kitchen with a breakfast nook, and the family room is very relaxing. The dining room is the hub, adjoining both living room and kitchen, with stairs to the bedrooms upstairs, and laundry downstairs.

On most days you'll see Mount Tamalpias. On clearest days, you'll see the Golden Gate Bridge's north tower. The living room is very large, and its a great place to hold a meeting.

In the upstairs unit, you'll find four bedrooms of serious comfort. There are three queens, one single and one full bed.

Our home easily accommodates 6 people and you'll have 3 baths, too. There is a downstairs unit, but it will be unoccupied, so you won't have to share laundry.

There is a fire pit, but it's use will be limited by fire safety.

There's currently some work being started in the backyard to increase access to the multiple levels.
